2. What we collect, why, and on what basis

• Selling and delivering a Product: name, email address, order details. Basis: performing the contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
• Invoices and tax: invoice details. Basis: legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c)). Kept for as long as tax law requires.
• Email correspondence: what you send us. Basis: legitimate interest in replying (art. 6(1)(f)).
• Complaints and legal claims: order and correspondence data. Basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)), until claims expire.

3. Who receives the data

• Whop: the platform for purchase, payment and downloads. Whop processes payment data under its own privacy policy; we never see full card details.
• Cloudflare: hosting for https://lingoferry.com and email handling.
• An accountant or invoicing service, for invoice data.

Some of these providers are based in the USA. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

4. Cookies

The site sets one cookie, lang, when you choose a language in the menu, to remember that choice. We use no analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set technical cookies needed to protect the site.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, to restrict its processing, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw. Giving your data is voluntary but needed to buy.
