Terms of sale

1. Seller

  1. The shop at https://lingoferry.com (“the Shop”) is run by RAUCODE Wojciech Rauk, ul. Ciepła 12 lok. 12, 50-524 Wrocław, NIP (Polish tax ID): 8961599999 (“the Seller”).
  2. Contact: hello@lingoferry.com.

2. Definitions

  1. Customer: a person or organisation that buys a Product.
  2. Consumer: a Customer buying for purposes outside their trade, business or profession. Sole traders buying for a purpose that is not professional in nature have the same rights.
  3. Product: digital content: PDF lesson materials (student pack and teacher pack) and, where the lesson includes one, MP3 audio. Sold as a single lesson, a level pack (6 lessons) or the full course (24 lessons).
  4. Payment platform: Whop (whop.com), through which the Customer buys, pays and downloads the files.

3. Products and prices

  1. Prices are gross, in Polish złoty: single lesson PLN 29, level pack PLN 99, full course PLN 229. The price shown when the order is placed applies.
  2. Lessons A1.1, A2.1, B1.3, B2.3 are free, also delivered through the Payment platform, under the same licence (point 5).
  3. Each lesson's page in the Shop describes it, including its page count and whether it includes audio.
  4. To use the Products you need an internet-connected device, a browser, a PDF reader and, for recordings, an MP3 player.

4. Ordering, payment and delivery

  1. The Customer orders by clicking the buy button for a Product and completing the purchase on the Payment platform.
  2. Payments are handled by the Payment platform, which shows the available payment methods.
  3. The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed.
  4. The Product is delivered immediately after payment, as files available to download in the Customer's account on the Payment platform. Files can be downloaded again.
  5. On request the Seller issues an invoice. Send invoice details to the Seller's email address.

5. Licence

  1. On purchase the Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for one teacher to use the Product to prepare and teach their own classes, including printing and copying the materials for their students without limit.
  2. Without the Seller's consent you may not share the files with other teachers or third parties, publish them online, resell them, or use them across several teachers in one school. A school licence for teams of teachers is available on request.
  3. Recordings reached through QR codes on the lesson sheets are provided for playback in class.

6. Right of withdrawal

  1. A Consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason and at no cost. This applies even if the files have already been downloaded.
  2. To withdraw, send a statement to hello@lingoferry.com before the 14 days are up, for example using the model form below. Using the form is optional.
  3. The Seller refunds the full payment without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the statement, by the payment method the Consumer used. Access to the files on the Payment platform ends with the refund, and the Consumer may no longer use downloaded materials.

7. Complaints

  1. The Seller is responsible for the Product's conformity with the contract under chapter 5b of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
  2. Complaints can be sent by email. Please include your details, the Product, what is wrong and what you would like (for example a corrected file, a price reduction or a refund).
  3. The Seller replies within 14 days.

8. Final provisions

  1. Personal data is processed as described in the privacy policy.
  2. The Seller may change these terms for good reason. Contracts already concluded remain governed by the terms in force when they were concluded.
  3. Polish law applies. This does not deprive a Consumer of the protection given by the law of the country where they normally live.
